In this TEDx presentation, Lucas Oliveira reflects on the process of grief and how love endures even after the loss of a loved one. Lucas invites the audience to understand that the goal of grief is not to forget those we lost, but to learn how to live with their absence. He reminds us that missing someone does not erase love, allowing painful memories to gradually transform into warmth and ensuring that the memory of those we cherish continues to guide us.
