وصف TEDx Talks

In his talk, Graham Allcott introduces “Kindfulness”, the idea that kindness goes beyond individual acts to creating environments and opportunities that make it easier for others to be kind. Through personal stories about his son and everyday human interactions, he explores how small gestures can foster empathy, trust and psychological safety, strengthening human connections and inspiring lasting positive change. Graham Allcott is an author, speaker, and entrepreneur. Graham is the author of multiple books, including the global bestseller How to Be a Productivity Ninja. His latest book, KIND: The Quiet Power of Kindness at Work, focuses on why organisations with kinder, more human-centred cultures are ultimately more successful. He is the founder of Think Productive, one of the world's leading providers of training and consultancy, with offices in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands. Despite an intolerance of failure elsewhere in his life, he is an Aston Villa season ticket holder and avid Toronto Blue Jays baseball fan. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
