In this talk, the speaker explores the Spotlight Effect, a psychological phenomenon that makes us believe others pay more attention to us than they actually do. By examining how this illusion influences our choices, confidence, and self-expression, the talk invites us to question the limits we create out of fear of judgment and consider what we might do if we stopped worrying so much about how others see us.
