Conflict deepens when we reduce people to a single label and ignore the experiences that shape who they are. Through everyday examples, Dr. Mubarak reminds us that people carry different identities, perspectives, and stories that we may never fully understand. Before judging someone by what we see or assume, we must take time to listen, understand their experiences, and recognise their humanity.
