Muhammad Musbahu Goni | TEDxJimeta

What happens when an ordinary person refuses to walk past a broken system and simply asks why? In this powerful TEDx talk, a National Health Fellow shares a life-changing encounter at a primary healthcare center in Potiskum, where a pregnant woman was nearly turned away into the night due to a lack of staff. Confronting a staggering national crisis where Nigeria accounts for nearly a third of all global maternal deaths, the speaker shows how you don't need a high-ranking title, a massive budget, or distant government directives to spark real change. Discover how asking the right questions and mobilizing local community resources can turn darkness into round-the-clock safety, proving that impactful solutions can start right where you stand.
