In this insightful talk, Rituraj shares his journey from exploring high-tech hydroponics to understanding the hard economic realities of agriculture. He breaks down farming through five fundamental business blocks—land, operations, agronomy, market, and money—while explaining how macro risks like market price volatility can be solved through strategic diversification. Ultimately, he introduces the vision of "Zeta farming," urging society to look past capital-heavy gimmicks and elevate agriculture into an enduring cultural religion where the next generation can lead with immense pride. Rituraj Sharma is the Founder & CEO of Zetta Farms, an agritech venture based in Jaipur that focuses on sustainable farming of fruits and vegetables using technology-driven processes. He is also the founder of Growpital, an agriculture investment platform, and has been recognized nationally for his innovative work in hydroponics and agripreneurship.
