اللاجنسية النصفية (Demisexuality)

تشرح هذه الحلقة من سلسلة Sexplanations مفهوم اللاجنسية النصفية، وهو توجه جنسي لا يشعر فيه الشخص بالانجذاب الجنسي إلا بعد تكوين رابطة عاطفية. صاغ المصطلح شبكة Asexual Visibility and Education Network عام 2008. تتناول الحلقة الفرق بين هذا التوجه ومجرد امتلاك معايير شخصية، وتطرح سؤال كيف يمكن للمشاهد معرفة ما إذا كان يعرّف نفسه بأنه لاجنسي نصفي. كما تتضمن تجارب مباشرة لأشخاص يعرّفون أنفسهم بهذا التوجه.

Demisexuality was coined in 2008 by the Asexual Visibility and Education Network to describe a orientation in which the person does not experience sexual attraction unless an emotional connection is formed. This episode answers the questions -- “How is this different than just having standards?” “Am I demisexual?” and “Where can I learn more?” while sharing the first-hand experiences of people who identify as demisexual.
