The BJP has launched a political attack on the Congress following Jawaharlal Nehru University’s termination of Professor and Congress MP Angomcha Bimol Akoijam over sexual harassment allegations involving 11 female students. The BJP has accused Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra of backing an alleged sexual predator, triggering a fresh political confrontation over women’s safety, accountability and the Congress leadership’s response. The controversy raises key questions: What is the BJP alleging? How has the Congress responded? And will the JNU case become another flashpoint in the BJP–Congress battle over women’s rights and political accountability? The allegations, the university’s reported inquiry findings and the parties’ political claims must be examined separately as the controversy unfolds. Watch The 5PM Brief for the latest political developments, reactions from both sides and an analysis of the escalating BJP–Congress confrontation. #Congress #BJP #RahulGandhi #PriyankaGandhi #JNU #BimolAkoijam #JNUControversy #WomenSafety #PoliticalNews #The5PMBrief #News18 n18oc_breaking-news News18 Mobile App - https://onelink.to/desc-youtube
