نشأ مانيش سينغ في بلدة صغيرة بولاية تشهاتيسغاrh وكان يحلم ببناء عمل يتيح فرصا للآخرين. ورغم الشكوك والانتقادات والنكسات الشخصية، جرّب مسارات مختلفة وتعلم من كل تحدٍ. وبعد أن لاحظ صعوبة وصول الطلاب في المناطق المحرومة إلى تعليم الحاسوب والتقنية، عمل على منصة تعليم إلكترونية ميسورة التكلفة ومبادرات لدعم الطلاب من الخلفيات المادية الصعبة. تركز المحاضرة على الثقة بالنفس والمثابرة والإرشاد.

Growing up in a small town in Chhattisgarh, Manish Singh always dreamed of building a business and creating opportunities for others. Despite facing doubts, criticism and personal setbacks, he continued to explore different paths, learning valuable lessons through every challenge. His journey took a meaningful turn when he recognised the barriers preventing students in underserved areas from accessing computer and technical education. This realisation inspired him to work towards making learning more accessible through an affordable online education platform and initiatives supporting students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. In this talk, Manish shares how self-belief, persistence, mentorship and a commitment to solving real-world problems can transform personal struggles into purposeful action. His story is a reminder that success is not always about taking shortcuts or achieving immediate results. Sometimes, it is about staying committed to an idea, nurturing it patiently and creating opportunities that benefit others. Manish Singh is an education entrepreneur, skill development professional and social entrepreneur, and the Founder & Managing Director of Trust Educom and TrustDesk Pvt. Ltd. With over 10 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience, his work focuses on making education, digital learning and practical skill development more affordable, accessible and connected to real-world opportunities. His entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by experimentation, setbacks and continuous learning, eventually leading him toward building an education ecosystem that combines professional training, career development and entrepreneurship. Through Trust Foundation, Trust Educom and TrustDesk, he has worked to expand access to digital and skill-based learning, particularly for learners beyond major metropolitan cities.
