وصف TEDx Talks

Why belonging feels risky, and five brave choices that shift it from something you hope others grant into a practice you cultivate. Reut Schwartz-Hebron is the founder of KCI (Key Change Institute) and a neuroscience-obsessed expert in human change, focused on transformation where it actually happens: inside the brain. For more than two decades, she has trained and certified hundreds of executive and life coaches in Advanced Applied Neuroscience, so they can support their coaching clients tackle one enduring human puzzle: why we struggle to adopt the changes we genuinely want. Beyond working with experienced coaches, Reut has coached brains and the people who belong to them across a wide range of settings, from elite military teams to Fortune 500 companies including Comcast, Phillips, and GSK. She is known for translating complex neuroscience into practical tools, and has written books and numerous articles on unlearning and difficult change, illuminating what’s really going on in the brain when change gets “too hard” and how lasting transformation becomes possible.
