Mandeep’s TED Talk explores how discipline, education, and perseverance shaped his journey from a shy student to a practising advocate. Through his personal experiences and career challenges, he highlights the importance of personal growth and self-belief. Recognising the complexity of Indian law for ordinary citizens, he began simplifying legal concepts through Instagram, making legal awareness more accessible. His journey emphasises that education goes beyond degreeS, it is about growth, purpose, and creating meaningful impact. Mandeep Baisala is an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, with experience in litigation and legal practice. Beyond the courtroom, he is involved in legal education and mentorship, helping aspiring lawyers navigate the profession with clarity and confidence.
