Former US Intelligence Officer: Trump-Putin Deal Is a Betrayal of American Policy

In an Al Jazeera interview, former US intelligence officer Glenn Carl says the deal provides Russia with financial support for its war effort in Ukraine. He also says it is unlikely to noticeably affect US fuel prices, with any effect possibly taking six months to appear.
