"Supplies Exist, but Don't Arrive": One Month After the Kumamoto Earthquake, Tracking the "Relief Supply Mismatch" [Spotlight] Investigative Reporting Project

One month after the Kumamoto earthquake, this Fuji TV Spotlight investigation looks at how relief supplies arrive in large amounts while some people in need still do not receive them. It also covers the national B-PLo system and the "last mile" problem for people sheltering at home.
