Rakugo performer Sanyutei Kichima calls for vigilance against special fraud with 'crime prevention rakugo'

Rakugo storyteller Sanyutei Kichima performs a "crime-prevention rakugo" at a community safety gathering in Higashiyamato, Tokyo, warning against special fraud. The video was filmed ahead of the nationwide community safety campaign starting on the 11th.
