Advocate Sorabh Jain holds an LL.B. from the University of Rajasthan and brings nine years of trial and appellate practice at the Sessions Court, Ajmer, and the Rajasthan High Court, specializing in criminal law, Negotiable Instruments Act (cheque dishonour) litigation, and cyber fraud. Beyond practice, he writes analytical commentary on shifting legal precedents, regulatory updates, geopolitics, and global developments.
