Disney Cruise Ship Named 'Disney Imagination': Japan's Largest, Set to Launch in FY2028

Oriental Land, the operator of Tokyo Disney Resort, and related partners have announced the name of a Disney cruise ship due to enter service in the second half of fiscal 2028. It is the largest cruise ship under the Japanese flag, with about 1,250 cabins and a passenger capacity of about 4,000. The ship is planned to sail round-trip cruises of around three days and two nights from Odaiba. The operators expect about 400,000 passengers a year.
