NTT Docomo has suspended parts of its online services, including the my docomo platform used for online shop orders and contract changes, after its own servers were likely subject to unauthorized access. The company is carrying out emergency maintenance, and no recovery timeline has been set. The scope of the impact and the cause are still under investigation. Docomo also reported that some 5G users nationwide were experiencing difficulty with calls and data, and said emergency calls were not affected.
