Egyptian journalist: Sending troops abroad should be preceded by extensive debate

Journalist and Al-Ahram Weekly managing editor Khaled Dawoud discusses the question of deploying Egyptian forces outside the country. He says the Egyptian president does not treat the matter lightly.
