天皇皇后両陛下は、「国民文化祭」などの開会式に出席するため高知県を訪問されています。 　両陛下は25日午前11時半ごろ、特別機で高知空港に到着し、午後2時半ごろ、高知市内の会場で「国民文化祭」と「全国障害者芸術・文化祭」の開会式に出席されました。 　陛下は式典で「新たな文化の創造につながっていくことを期待しています」などとおことばを述べ、その後、両陛下そろって高知の歴史を表現した歌や伝統的な踊りをご覧になっています。 　終了後には出演者らと交流もされる予定です。 　26日は午前中、四国最大の図書館で「バリアフリー図書」の取り組みを視察したあと、午後に伝統工芸品の和紙の展示や障害者作品展などをご覧になります。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
