Is Ethiopia using its army to strike Sudan's interests?

Cameron Hudson, a former US National Security Council Africa official, told Al Jazeera that Sudan and Ethiopia have already entered direct military conflict, whether or not it is officially acknowledged. He warned that fragile Ethiopian institutions and rising armed conflict inside the country could merge the Sudanese war with Ethiopia's internal disputes. Hudson also said continued Ethiopian drone attacks could push the conflict into a more dangerous phase and spark a wider regional confrontation.
