"Low cost, wide impact"... A new weapon testing Europe's security?

The discussion addresses breaches and false threat reports targeting European sectors and institutions, and their implications for the continent's security, at a time when those responsible are hard to identify. International relations professor Hosni Obeidi of the University of Geneva argues that the low cost of such reports relative to their potential damage makes them a serious threat to air navigation. Aircraft have been forced to change course and land at alternative airports, with some escorted by military planes. NATO is also monitoring the developments.
