Bomb threats put French airports on alert amid fears of hybrid attacks

French authorities received reports of bombs on four planes from foreign airlines flying over France, and directed them to land at French airports to verify the threats and ensure passenger safety. According to the correspondent, three planes landed at Orly Airport south of Paris and one at Bordeaux Airport without incident, while police and explosives disposal teams began searches. An investigation has been opened into the repeated threats in European airspace, and a similar case occurred the previous day at Évreux military airport, where the threat was later found to be false.
