Houthis say they attacked government forces in Marib, Taiz and Lahj

Al Jazeera's correspondent in Sanaa reported, citing Houthi media, that explosions shook the city of Mokha and its port on the Red Sea coast in western Yemen following airstrikes that began early in the morning. The strikes also reportedly targeted the Maqatira district in Lahj governorate in southern Yemen. Artillery and rocket fire on populated areas in the Dhaher district and other parts of Saada province, on the Saudi border, was reported at the same time.
