Teams seek innovation while keeping the same habits, and cultures value flexibility while reinforcing control. Decisions do not always follow what the data shows. Drawing on a decade of work with organizations, Ivo Bernardo, co-founder of DareData and professor at NOVA IMS, uses productivity data and metrics to ask whether ways of working are really changing.
