Description from TEDx Talks

I think most of us want to be good at what we do. We want good results. We want people to be proud of us. And, sometimes, we want to be perfect. But I learned something when I failed: Trying to be perfect can stop us from growing. So, never be afraid of failure. Never be afraid of making mistakes, and don't wait until you are perfect before you try to make a difference. Start with yourself. Because sometimes, becoming a better version of yourself is the first step towards creating a better world. Medina is a 10-Grader at Cahaya Rancamaya Islamic Boarding School. She has reading comics, solving toy-puzzles such as LEGO, Gundams and listening to music as her hobbies. She wants to explain her feelings through speaking in public—to let everyone know that what she’s interested in aren’t only ordinary activities. By participating as a TEDx speaker, she hopes that one day she can actually speak up about her things. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
