Iran links reopening Strait of Hormuz to resuming nuclear talks and lifting blockade

Tehran is tying the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and the resumption of nuclear negotiations to the United States meeting its conditions. These include lifting the naval blockade, releasing frozen funds, ending sanctions and halting military threats. Qatari mediation efforts to bring the two sides closer together are continuing.
