Israeli election: Arab parties rise to 19 seats in preliminary count

With more than 70% of votes counted, preliminary results show Netanyahu's bloc with 54 seats and Gadi Eisenkot's bloc with 47. The two Arab lists have 19 seats combined. Neither bloc reaches the 61-seat majority based on these early figures. The report was published by Al Jazeera Arabic.
