気象庁は秋田県を流れる子吉川に「レベル5氾濫特別警報」を発表し、21日夜にかけて雨が続くことから、周囲の状況を確認して身の安全を確保するように呼び掛けました。 国土交通省　河川環境課　舟橋弥生課長 「直ちに命を守るための行動を起こして下さい。子吉川では越水による氾濫が発生しています」 　気象庁は午後8時15分、秋田県由利本荘市を流れる子吉川で氾濫が発生したとして、レベル5氾濫特別警報を発表しました。 　20日夜から雨が降り始め、21日午後7時までの24時間で降った雨の量が120ミリを超え、10月の観測史上1位を更新したということです。 気象庁　気象監視・警報センター　高橋賢一所長 「短時間でざっと降るような大雨という感じではなくて5ミリ、10ミリといった、しとしとした雨が地域全体に降っているという状況が続いていたので、そのような状況はしばらく続くものと思われます」 　気象庁は雨がやんだ後でも水位が上昇することがあるとして、夜の暗い中の移動は非常に危険だと指摘しました。 　また、河川は時間が経つにつれて下流の水位が上昇するとして、「川の防災情報」などを活用して最新の状況を確認するように呼び掛けました。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
