Kyoto Police Helicopter Chase: Escapes and Arrests Filmed From the Air

This footage, recorded by the Kyoto Prefectural Police Aviation Unit, shows a series of escapes in the city center of Kyoto. It includes a man who drove a stolen car into the opposite lane and later abandoned it, a pair of moped riders involved in a bag snatching, and a man who fled on foot through rice fields and homes before taking a bicycle. The segment describes how instructions from the air and ground officers worked together to apprehend the suspects. It is the original uncut version of a August 2018 broadcast of the Fuji TV program Arrest Moment: Police 24 Hours.
