Hairdresser arrested on suspicion of indecency during haircut, confinement

A hairdresser has been arrested in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, on suspicion of committing an indecent act against a woman in her 20s during a treatment at a salon. Police allege that in June he also confined her to the back of the shop and touched her body. According to police, the suspect has denied part of the charges, saying the woman consented and that he did not recognise the act as confinement. 施術中の客にわいせつな行為をした疑いです。 　美容師の鈴木達也容疑者（26）は6月、千葉県松戸市の美容室で20代女性にわいせつな行為をしたうえ、店の奥に監禁して体を触るなどした疑いが持たれています。 　警察によりますと、鈴木容疑者は「同意はあったし監禁をした認識はない」と容疑を一部否認しています。
