Nara body dumping case: man re-arrested over daughter's death

A man in his 30s who was reportedly in a relationship with a woman has been re-arrested on suspicion of killing her 20-year-old daughter, in a case where the bodies of a woman in her 40s and her daughter were found in Nara in July. The suspect, Takahiro Imakita (37), is suspected of killing university student Rion Ikeda (20) at the home of Sonoe Ikeda (44) in Iga, Mie Prefecture, in February. Police have not disclosed whether the suspect admits the charges. Imakita has been indicted for the killing of Sonoe and for abandoning both bodies in Nara.

奈良市で7月に40代の女性と20代の娘の遺体が見つかった事件で、娘を殺害したとして女性と交際していた30代の男が再逮捕されました。 　今北享宏容疑者（37）は2月、三重県伊賀市の池田園美さん（44）の自宅で、園美さんの娘で大学生の莉園さん（20）を殺害した疑いが持たれています。 　警察は今北容疑者の認否を明らかにしていません。 　莉園さんの遺体の首には結束バンドが巻き付いていて、警察は今北容疑者が結束バンドで莉園さんの首を絞めて殺害した可能性があるとみて調べています。 今北容疑者は園美さんを殺害した罪で27日に起訴されました。 　また、2人の遺体を奈良市に遺棄した罪でもすでに起訴されています。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
