北朝鮮が韓国との軍事境界線付近に自走砲とみられる車両を配置したことについて、専門家は「国境地帯の要塞化作業を韓国軍に妨害させないよう圧力を掛けている」と指摘しました。 　ANNのカメラが韓国側から撮影した映像では、約1.5キロ離れた対岸に北朝鮮軍の兵士とみられる人が警備小屋のような場所を出入りしている様子も見えます。 　配備されたのは旧式の「122ミリ自走砲」とみられ、韓国メディアによりますと、射程距離は最大24キロメートルということです。 　専門家は「見える場所に配置することで韓国軍の活動を萎縮させる狙い」だと指摘します。 韓国国家戦略研究院　ムン・ソンムクセンター長 「前線に兵器を配置、これは明らかに休戦協定の違反にあたる挑発行為。金正恩の頭の中には頼むから韓国は（要塞化を）妨害しないでくれと、このような思いが大きいのでは」 観光客 「とても脅威的な感じがします。普段はこうしたことに気付かないが、こういうところに来ると、私たちがこうして向き合っているんだなと感じる」 「韓国政府があまりにも低姿勢で臨んでいる。今そうやって解決できる問題ではないと考えます」 　北朝鮮は軍事境界線付近で挑発を繰り返していて、韓国政府は偶発的な衝突を防ぐために軍事当局者間の会談を呼び掛けています。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
