Costumed bar operators arrested in Numazu over alleged unlicensed hosting service

Two men, a 27-year-old store manager and a 36-year-old business owner, were arrested in Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture, while still wearing idol-style Halloween costumes. The men are suspected of running a karaoke bar without the required entertainment business permit, serving two customers in a host-style setting and providing alcohol until 6 a.m. The area has a 1 a.m. limit on hosting services. Police are investigating the shop's operations.

■連行される“スカート姿の男” 　6年ぶりの土曜ハロウィンとなった先月31日、東京・渋谷では路上喫煙やポイ捨てによる394件の過料処分が発生しましたが、静岡県沼津市では捜査員らが店の中に入っていきます。 　その後、捜査員に連れられてきたのはアイドル風に仮装した店長の男（27）。 　そしてもう1人、アイドル風に仮装した店の経営者の男（36）が1日朝、現行犯逮捕されました。ハロウィンイベントの格好のままとみられます。 　この店がある場所は接待を伴う営業は午前1時までという規制がある地域です。 　2人は先月31日、カラオケバーとして届け出ている店で、風俗営業の許可を受けずに客2人にホストのような営業で、午前6時まで酒を提供した疑いが持たれています。 　逮捕時に来店していた常連客らによりますと…。 常連客 「普通に一緒に飲んで、イェイみたいな感じだよね」 「飲み放題で5000円。基本、焼酎、あとハイボールも出してくれる。あとテキーラ、一応シャンパンもあった」 　警察は店の実態などを調べています。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
