What happens when the heir to 270 year old palace trains as a chef in New York, then comes home to small Maharashtra town to reopen its gates himself? Yuvraj Lakham Sawant Bhonsle of Sawantwadi shares how he turned his family shutter palace into a boutique hotel with a kitchen worth travelling for and the responsibility it takes to turn an inheritance into living legacy.
