Bowling figure Ritsuko Nakayama dies at 84

Japanese bowling figure Ritsuko Nakayama died on the 7th, at the age of 84, according to reports. The Japan Professional Bowling Association said she had been receiving treatment for an illness. Nakayama debuted in 1969 as part of the first class of women's professional bowlers and recorded 33 career wins. She served as the association's president from 2004 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2017.
