Fuji HD and SBI Group form capital and business alliance, plan joint venture

The SBI Group and Fuji Media Holdings have announced a capital and business alliance in the media field and plan to set up a joint venture. The company is expected to focus on music live performances and events. The partners aim to use Fuji's production capabilities and SBI's domestic and overseas networks to create video content that can be distributed worldwide. As a first step, they will support the overseas expansion of a large idol event hosted by Fuji.

SBIグループはフジ・メディア・ホールディングスとメディア分野で資本業務提携を結び、共同で合弁会社を設立すると発表しました。 　SBIグループとフジ・メディア・ホールディングスが設立する合弁会社では、音楽ライブやイベントなどを中心に事業を行う予定です。 　フジが持つ番組制作力やSBIの国内外のネットワークや顧客基盤などを活用し、将来的には世界中で展開できる映像コンテンツの制作を目指すとしています。 　第1弾としてフジが主催する日本最大級のアイドルイベントの海外展開などを支援します。 　また、SBIホールディングスは4月から9月までの決算を発表しました。 　証券や銀行など金融サービスが好調で、前の年の同じ時期と比べて増収増益となりました。 　売上高は上半期として過去最高の1兆575億円でした。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
