Supporting Mental Wellness | Chiemeka Onyeze-Joe | TEDxKU Leuven
A TEDxKU Leuven talk by public health researcher Chiemeka Onyeze-Joe looks at the biochemistry behind mental wellbeing. The talk covers how food, sleep, exercise, hormones and human connection relate to how people feel day to day. It argues that small daily habits matter and that looking beyond surface-level explanations is important for mental health. The speaker's views are personal, and the TED note advises that the talk is not a substitute for professional mental health advice.
