Esther Awanabi Idrissou, who works across digital technology, media and agriculture, reflects on how to sow today the seeds of a harmonious and sustainable future for coming generations. She argues that ICT and access to information can serve as a lever for communities. She founded the Agriyouth media platform and the Agriyouth development organization, which has supported more than fifty agripreneurs. Her stated vision is a media industry that serves agricultural, environmental and social well-being.

Une réflexion puissante pour semer dès aujourd'hui les graines d'un avenir harmonieux et durable pour les générations futures. Esther Awanabi IDRISSOU est une passionnée de numérique, médias et d’agriculture. Elle y construit sa carrière professionnelle en initiant le média Agriyouth (www.agri-youth.com ). Sa conviction est que les TIC et l’accès à l’information sont un levier au service des communautés. Elle met donc ses capacités en communication et marketing. À travers son organisation Agriyouth development, elle a accompagné plus d'une cinquantaine d'agripreneurs. En 2019 elle est nommée par le Ministère de l’Economie Numérique et de la Digitalisation (MEND) parmi les femmes les plus influentes dans leur communauté grâce au numérique. En 2021 son média remporte le prix de meilleur média faisant la promotion de la consommation des produits locaux. Sa vision est de mettre en place une industrie médiatique au service du développement durable (agricole et environnemental) et du bien-être social.
