Taichi Nakagawa on the hidden hardships of filming summer scenes in winter

Actor Taichi Nakagawa explains that summer scenes are often shot in winter, requiring actors to wear summer clothing in the cold. He notes that performers are sometimes asked to act as if it is hot, the opposite of what they actually feel. Nakagawa also describes sucking on large amounts of ice to reduce visible breath. He mentions appearing in a new TV commercial for Morinaga inZelly Energy, playing the same cameraman character as in the previous ad.

俳優の中川大志が、冬の寒さの中でも薄着で夏のシーンを演じなければならない、俳優ならではの苦労を明かした。中川は「冬に夏のシーンを撮ったりとかすることもよくあります」と撮影現場の事情を説明。寒い環境でも夏の衣装を着て、「あたかも暑いぜっていう感じのお芝居」を求められる場面があるという。実際に感じている寒さとは逆の感覚を、演技で表現しなければならない難しさを語った。さらに、夏の場面を演じるうえでは、寒さで白くなる息にも対処が必要になる。中川が「よくやる」というのが、「氷を大量になめる」方法だ。「そうすると口の中が冷たくなって白い息が軽減される」と説明した。 そんな中川は「森永inゼリーエネルギー」新TVCM『inゼリーエネルギー「食べる気分にならないときに」編』に出演。「前作から引き続き、また同じカメラマンという設定のキャラクターを演じさせていただきました。皆さんに親近感を持って頂けたらと思います」と語った。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
