Trump backs US-China-Russia summit as approval ratings slump

US President Trump has expressed interest in holding a summit involving the United States, China and Russia. He told reporters he wants to meet Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin in China, possibly alongside the APEC leaders' meeting next month. Trump said the talks would cover nuclear weapons and denuclearization.
