Attacks continue ahead of three-way talks – Kyiv mayor says power supply is extremely strained
Attacks by both sides continue as trilateral talks between Ukraine, Russia and the United States are set to begin. Russia's Defence Ministry said it struck a missile manufacturer in Ukraine as well as a bridge and a power plant in Kyiv. Kyiv mayor Klitschko said on social media that the capital's power supply is extremely difficult. Many observers expect little major progress in the talks, which Russia's delegation leader, known as a hardliner, is part of.
