UN: Quarter of a million people in Taiz without healthcare access

A spokesperson for UN Secretary-General António Guterres, Stéphane Dujarric, warned that the closure of roads leading to Taiz city due to fighting is worsening health services. He said the situation has cut off nearly a quarter of a million people from basic healthcare, including over 186,000 children under five and 23,000 pregnant women.
