Japan-US relations after the US midterms: expert view

This report looks at how the outcome of the US midterm elections could affect Japan-US relations, based on comments from an expert. William Chow of the Hudson Institute says that if the Democrats win either chamber of Congress, President Trump is likely to focus more on foreign policy.
