Yokohama mayoral election after former mayor resigns over harassment case; Atsumi Harasawa declares victory

A Yokohama mayoral election was held on the 18th after the former mayor resigned mid-term over a power harassment issue. A third-party committee had found that the former mayor harassed staff.
