Accidente de barco en Hajipur: 14 muertos, en su mayoría niños, en el río Ganges

Un barco volcó en el río Ganges cerca de Hajipur, en el estado indio de Bihar, con un saldo reportado de 14 muertos, en su mayoría niños. El accidente ocurrió en Raghopur, en el distrito de Vaishali, circunscripción del líder del RJD Tejashwi Yadav. Según la información disponible, las víctimas eran de una misma aldea y regresaban de un banquete fúnebre en una aldea vecina. Seis personas fueron rescatadas y trasladadas a un hospital, y el SDRF continúa buscando a los desaparecidos.
