We often focus on what we are building, rarely noticing how the process is rebuilding us in return. In this talk, the speaker reflects on how he was built; uncertainty, discomfort, failure, and repetition can act as catalysts for personal transformation. By embracing challenges before feeling fully prepared, we uncover abilities, confidence, and identities that could never have emerged through normal planning alone.
