Descripción de TEDx Talks

Feeling pressured by peers who seem to have their entire career mapped out while you are still figuring things out? In this inspiring talk, Mr. Harshal Dilwali shares how an unexpected entry into the hospitality industry taught him that not having a definitive five-year plan is completely okay. From tackling humble, ground-level tasks to learning vital lessons from a wild snake dropping into a jungle property, Mr. Dilwali illustrates why early jobs do not need to be glamorous to be valuable. He reframes rejection not as permanent failure, but as an indicator that you are simply "not ready yet". Ultimately, he urges students to stop waiting for the right opportunity, start small, and let action and preparation guide them toward their true direction. Founder and CEO of Clarissa Group, an entrepreneur and advocate driving leadership, innovation and meaningful impact across diverse spheres. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
