Descripción de TEDx Talks

"Breaking Barriers through Law" explores how legal frameworks can be transformed from rigid systems of constraint into powerful engines for social justice and human progress. The talk highlights how pioneering legal minds, advocacy, and landmark cases dismantle systemic inequality, protect marginalized voices, and challenge outdated norms. Advocate Sorabh Jain holds an LL.B. from the University of Rajasthan and brings nine years of trial and appellate practice at the Sessions Court, Ajmer, and the Rajasthan High Court, specializing in criminal law, Negotiable Instruments Act (cheque dishonour) litigation, and cyber fraud. Over the past eleven years, he has mentored numerous law entrance aspirants who now practice before the High Court and Supreme Court, work in corporate law, or serve in the judicial services. Beyond practice, he writes analytical commentary on shifting legal precedents, regulatory updates, geopolitics, and global developments. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
