It can be a way to process emotions, untangle overthinking and make sense of life’s difficult experiences. Drawing from her personal journey as well as her experience as a clinical psychologist, Ninong shares how writing helped her navigate self doubt and reconnect with her inner self. Inspired by the written legacies of Indonesian figures B. J. Habibie and R. A.
