Investigators say the truck sped through intersections, ignored traffic signals, and at times traveled the wrong direction on city streets while reaching speeds far above posted limits. Officers deployed multiple Tactical Vehicle Interventions (TVI) in an effort to bring the pursuit to a halt. During one attempt, the fleeing vehicle collided with an unmarked patrol unit, though no serious injuries were reported. After several miles and roughly eight minutes, a final maneuver disabled the truck near Southwest 31st Street, where the teens were brought into custody.
